I specialize in trauma treatment for women. I use an comprehensive approach to help my clients make sense of and heal from painful and confusing experiences. I specialize in treating people who have experienced relational and sexual trauma. I love working with people going through big life transitions and people stressed out by their romantic relationships, parenting and friendships. I use a trauma informed approach and support my clients on their healing journeys. I utilize a feminist and intersectional lens to create an atmosphere that supports your understanding and healing. I am compassionate but also straight forward. I will support you in your journey while also challenging you to grow and heal. During our first session we will talk about what is bringing you to treatment and how I can help. We will work together to create a plan for how to address your concerns and I will answer any questions you have. You are always in control of your treatment and I will do everything I can to make you feel supported and understood.
